  1. What is your cancellation policy ? – You can cancel up to 24 Hours before your scheduled Tour. For Cruise Ship Passengers if your ship cancels we will be sure to refund your booking . Refunds can take a few business days before showing up on your card again .
  2. What happens if the Weather isn’t nice ? – We Operate various types of Weather so please dress for the Weather . Weather on the Island can change quickly and it can be windy down by the Water . For the walking tour and food tour We will operate in light rain , cold and heat. Please make sure to dress for the Weather and make sure you wear comfortable Shoes and feel free to bring some Water . In heavy rain we will cancel and same if there is any Thunderstorms. If a Tour does cancel we will offer you our next available date , if there is no availability we will refund you . The Tour Guide can cancel the Tour last minute if they feel like it is a danger to our Guests this could include Thunderstorms etc . Weather Cancellations will be communicated through the email you used on your booking , if we can’t reach you , we will call you.
  3. Are there Washroom stops on the Tour ? – There isn’t any bathroom stops built into the Charlottetown Walking Tour however there are different bathroom Locations throughout the Tour if it’s an emergency. The driving tours there are different washroom stops along the way.
  4. What if I don’t like seafood ? (Charlottetown Food Walking Tour ) – Different Food requests can be made but must be done in advance . At our last stop there is a shot of an Island spirit , if you don’t drink or don’t like alcohol we can get you Water or another drink of your choice .
  5. Is all food included in the price of the Food Tour ?- Yes all food is included in the Food Tour including the shot at the end . Tips are also included for the servers at the different Restaurants. Tap water is included at each stop as well . Other beverages you have to pay for at your own expense.
  6. Can I go on more than 1 of your Tours ? – Yes of course ! There is some overlap in some of the Tours such as talking about General PEI History , however each one is unique in its own way .

7. Are the Tours Children friendly?- Yes Children and Families are welcome to join . We have had people from a few weeks old up to 95 years old before . For the Food Tour kids are Welcome to join and can provide some kid options with some notice .

8. How do the Audio Tours work ? – The Audio Tours are on an App called VoiceMap and can be found on various App Stores and is free . Once you Book , I will Touch Base with you with some instructions. Once you download the App it may or may not ask you to create a free account . Once you are in the app you can go to tour codes on the bottom right , then at the top right enter tour code , then enter the code that I sent you , once you enter the code you can download the Tour to use Offline . That way you don’t have to use any data or wifi . VoiceMap works off of GPS and will give you directions as needed and will give you historical information as you travel . If you get lost or for track VoiceMap will let you know . You can take as long as you like to do the Tour

9. Can I customized my private tour ? Yes you can , we can do a full custom tour or edit any of our existing tours.

10. Do we stop for lunch on the private tours ? We can stop for lunch if you like , however it is at your own expense. Extra time may be needed but we don’t charge for the extra time .
