Tip to Tip Island Tours is owned and operated by Josh Livingstone. Josh was born and raised on PEI . The Livingstone’s arrived on PEI on June 20th 1806 from the Isle of Mull in Scotland. This makes him the 6th Generation Born Islander .

He is a graduate from the Travel and Tourism Management Program at Holland College and has worked in the Tourism Industry on PEI for many years . He now lives in South Eastern PEI with his Wife Bekah and 2 young Sons. In his spare time he enjoys travelling , spending time with his Family and he is an avid Hockey Fan . Go Tampa Go !

Mark Buell – Tour Guide

Mark is an Islander with deep roots in PEI’s red soil. His ancestors came from Scotland, Ireland, England and France (via the U.S.A.). Though he has lived in other places, “The Island” has always been home. Mark is an ordained Presbyterian minister with clinical psycho-spiritual training. He recently retired from Health PEI, but still preaches on Sundays in rural congregations in eastern PEI. Mark is married to Sarah, a NICU nurse. They are the proud parents of four beautiful adult daughters, parents-in-law of two awesome sons-in-law, and grandparents of two fantastic grandsons. Mark is delighted to be working with Tip-to-tip tours this summer.
